Effects
How to wear
After cleansing, Place the cold (or heat) pack inside the pocket and fix the stitching line and label outwards.
Make sure that the colored line is placed downwards.
Locate the stitching line on the center of your chin and attach the upper band.
Cross the colored line below in an X shape to attach.
Tips
* For better results, cleanse and massage your face after using the band.
* The consistent use of the product once every day would result in optimal effects.
* Attach the Velcro to prevent fuzz after use.
* The cold pack is effective for 20~30 minutes if placed inside a freezer for over half an hour. For the heat pack, microwave for 20 seconds.
Caution
Do not wear for a long time.
(Recommended to wear for 1~2 hours in a day)
Do not wear while sleeping.
If using the product for the first time, allow some space instead of tight adherence.
This product is not for medical use.
How to wash
- * While attaching the Velcro, hand-wash with neutral detergent in lukewarm water.
- * Avoid using a spin-dryer. Allow the product to naturally dry.
How to store
- * Always attach the Velcro when not using the product.
- * Fuzz on the product does not affect the product effect.
Exchange/Refund
Unacceptable exchange/refund of the product
- If the exchange/refund application period is over (after 7 days from the delivery date).
- If customized production has already begun.
- When removing the tag, an exchange is possible but a refund is not provided.
- When the product is contaminated or defected, an exchange is possible but a refund is not provided.
- If the product image such as the color differs due to the difference in monitor resolution.
- If any skin troubles occur from a cosmetic product. (A refund is provided when presenting a doctor’s confirmation and note. If so, the customer is responsible to pay the relevant expenses for the refund process.)

Exchange/refund fee
- 7,000 KRW (Only if the customer’s change their mind)
Exchange/refund period
- Within 7 days after receiving the product for exchange/refund due to the customer’s change of mind / 7,000 KRW shipping fee paid by the customer
- Within 3 months from the date of receiving the product if the product differs from the advertisement description. It is possible to withdraw the subscription within 30 days from the date of noticing the issue.
Exchange/Refund Restrictions
- For customized products or if the production process has already begun.
- If the product value is significantly declined from product usage, a long period of time, or partial consumption.
- If the reselling of the product is impossible due to the partial use of the product set, loss of the component, or damage/defect/contamination from negligence.
- If the customer requests a free exchange/refund due to change of mind from a different product color or image compared to what is seen on the monitor.
- If the customer requests a free exchange/refund due to the manufacture’s situation (new model release, etc.) and change in the component price, etc.
